Relevance: The creation of a differential that allows Colliers International to own the knowledge proposition. The Creative is incredibly flexible and has worked extremely well in the industrial and investment sales sectors. The concept has also been adapted to work in community and corporate responsibility sectors.
Results: While building on the existing brand positioning “Our knowledge is your Property” Colliers International moved to the strong and confident statement “We Know”.
This proposition is succinct and flexible and can work across the many facets of the Colliers International portfolio of operations and market sectors.
