Insight: Create awareness of the Goodman Fielder Industrial Portfolio, drive potential buyers to the website with the ultimate objective to sell the properties.
Relevance: Time was short and with only two weeks to create a national marketing campaign it was paramount that the creative execution was a ‘stand out’ while still being brand compliant. The campaign used traditional national press advertising, direct marketing and digital media, all driving highly targeted respondents to the website and its portfolio.
Results: The campaign was extremely well received and each channel to the website was tracked to quantify the viability of each medium. Response was immediate, respondents were from the desired target market and the portfolio of properties sold.
