Adcorp's study of Australian and New Zealand career websites revealed that New Zealand organisations have taken employer branding on career websites more seriously than Australia organisations (69% vs 59%). New Zealand has also done more work on ensuring that position descriptions are included (85% vs 61%). Australia organisations however have done a better job in including clear application process information (66% vs 16).
