Insight: St.George, the fifth largest bank in Australia (prior to the Westpac merger) had a vision to be the most respected services company in Australia by attracting customer focused people who could also achieve superior financial results.

Relevance: Adcorp conducted a comprehensive research program through all areas of the St.George network. The team utilised the 360° Employer Branding methodology incorporating the various qualitative research components with external quantitative analysis conducted online.

Results: As a seamless extension of its brand advertising, Adcorp created a strategic creative platform for the EVP it developed as a result of this collaborative work with St.George personnel. This campaign – To Succeed in Great Company – has been implemented with considerable success through media as diverse as online viral campaigns to printed coffee cups in key CBD locations.
