New Zealand Post is a business adapting to a changing landscape, and as a consequence its talent acquisition requirements are also changing.  To reflect these changes and showcase the exciting opportunities that are on offer, Adcorp were commissioned to create a new online home for New Zealand Post careers (www.jobs.nzpost.co.nz).

The new careers website was built upon a strong strategic approach, with insights coming from in depth research and multiple workshops. A people focused website was developed that told the multi-layered story of a business going through changes, and the skills they would require in the future.

Custom video was created that shared real stories from New Zealand Post staff. These also showcased the breadth of the organisation, from CourierPost through to KiwiBank, the opportunities offered by New Zealand Post Group span from Logistics through to Digital, IT, Business Improvement and beyond. Each staff member clearly personifies New Zealand Post’s Employer Brand – People for Change.

The website also integrates their Applicant Tracking System, with a ‘latest jobs’ feed contained within the copy pages and relevant job links integrated into the ‘careers’ area of the site. Social integration has also been utilised with a LinkedIn job feed and a ‘People you may know in your network’ plugin.

Imagery and silent video across the site creates a sense of a modern vibrant company, and technical aspects such as content loading and page swipes created the impression of an app. The website was developed to be responsive to support various devices, and was developed in the Drupal 7 CMS framework.
